Bybit is one of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchanges, serving more than 80 million users globally. AP Collective ran a performance-led community acquisition campaign designed to move users through the full conversion funnel, from initial awareness and registration to KYC, deposit, and first trade.
The Work
AP Collective activated more than 40 relevant crypto communities to promote Bybit to active, conversion-ready audiences. We managed partner sourcing, campaign coordination, community distribution and user onboarding across the full campaign. Users were guided through KYC, a minimum first-time deposit of $100 and completion of their first trade, allowing performance to be measured at every stage of the acquisition funnel.
