The Work
The multi-season framework was built around three interlocking channels: global creator campaigns coordinated across EN and APAC simultaneously, 205 community partnerships activated as direct acquisition pipelines, and a UGC program that converted engaged players into organic amplifiers. The campaign supported a 250K-player ecosystem during the period when Fableborne hit $23M in deposits.
