Overview
OpenLedger is decentralized data infrastructure for AI, a permissionless protocol where dataset contributions, model training and governance all happen onchain. What it lacked was cultural presence. AP Collective owned that from pre-TGE through the early mainnet phase.
The Work
We led the content strategy, community growth, KOL sourcing and management, and the social infrastructure around both the mainnet reveal and TGE. The $OPEN token launched across 13 exchanges. We drove the narrative that got it there, positioning OpenLedger at the center of the AI x crypto conversation at a moment when that category was saturated. The #1 mindshare ranking in both English and Chinese markets was the result of running two distinct audience ecosystems simultaneously, not just translating one playbook across markets.
